Your Instructor
Natalia has more than seven years of experience in personal training and more than 10 years experience as an athlete and competitive Kickboxer in the discipline of pointfighting. She has dedicated her life to studying fitness management, health economics, adolescent group training, rehabilitation training, conditioning training, strength training, fitness training and nutrition. She has a Bachelor Degree in Fitness Management and is certified by the BSA.
With 10 years of practicing martial arts, she is a black belt and member of the WAKO USA National Team. Natalia is former German national champion and former German National team member.
Natalia also competed on American Ninja Warrior Season 6 and in 2016 on Season 8.
Her specialties are in personal training, performance training and kickboxing/pointfighting. Natalia has extensive experience working with youth to professional athletes, and has also worked with more traditional sport athletes, including basketball, soccer and hockey.
